(1) Section 26D4 of the Act. Before deputing a team for the purpose of sub-section (1), the Land Reforms Officer shall prepare the following details:
(a) Sub-section (4) of Section 9 of the Act and Section 14A. According to the sub-section (2) of the description of the lands that have been encumbered by the government of Nepal,
(b) Section 26D1 of the Act. The description of the Nivenadas,
(c) Section 26D1 of the Act. If no application is received by either the land owner or Mohi to distribute the land within the specified period, details of pending Mohi will be deducted from the records of the office.
(2) After preparing the details according to sub-rule (1), the Land Reforms Officer may appoint a team including the technical staff of the surveyor's office under the leadership of one of his subordinates to distribute the land between the landowners and Mohi.
(3) After deputing the team as per sub-rule (2), the Land Reforms Officer shall inform the concerned local body about the matter.
(4) The team appointed according to sub-rule (2) shall conduct on-site inspection of the relevant land and divide the land between the land owner and Mohi, including land as required, and prepare a detailed map of such land and submit the report to the land reform officer. (5) After receiving the report in accordance with sub-rule (4), the land reform officer will make a decision regarding the distribution of land between the land owner and Mohi in accordance with the Act and these rules after making the necessary inquiry on the matter.
